DESCRIPTION

Neffola is the name of a spring coming out from the rocks just out the city walls of Sorrento, on the road of massa Lubrense. Many years ago it was a little river crossing the land below, along the marina Grande valley. The building where nowadays is “Neffola” was probably initiated in the preroman period to become a rustic villa; later it was a little convent, a guard tower too, because of its strategic position right on the edge of the valley, which allows to see both the old road to Massa Lubrense and the pedestrian one to Marina Grande; finally it was a country house.

Apartments and Services
This tuff and sandstone building has been carefully restored; it is surrounded by 3000 square meters of garden, covered by secular olives, vines, cherries, citrus trees, whose flavours make it peculiar in any season. One or two rooms apartments are available for visitors, with kitchennette, large bathrooms, air conditioning and all the comforts of a good resort. In addiction there is a reserved parking, while the adjoining camping “nube d’argento” provides a nice restaurant and a large swimming pool.

Location
The Residence is located in a very favourable position: 500 metres from the centre of Sorrento; 1.500 metres from the port ant the local railway station (called Circumvesuviana) and least but not last the sea in only 300 metres far.
